BAKERY STYLE PIZZA - My Version

First of all, my name really is Papa Joe according to my five Grandchildren. I'm excited to bring a unique crust reminiscent to the type of pizza that I very well remember and enjoyed as a child. My local bakery use to keep a full sheet pan of a soft cheesy bread pizza that was cut up into squares and sat on a shelf alongside it's brothers and sisters. Simple and delicious without any typical pizza toppings. Even though most people called it a pizza, to myself, it was more like a flat loaf of bread with the sauce and very little cheese. I call it a BAKERY STYLE PIZZA because that's exactly what it was and always will be. It's not served hot like a typical pizza and it's not loaded with toppings either. It originated in a bakery and therefor I will continue to call it a Bakery Style Pizza.

I'm just adding my own special signature because it is special.
